We purchased our 5th wheel trailer at the Lucedale location. Zach was our salesman. I found Zach to be extremely thorough and great to deal with. The only issue we had was we had a tire blowout on the way home, and the blowout did a little damage which we had a mobile RV service repair. It also left us without marker lights that the mobile service couldn’t repair so we will get that fixed at some point. The camper is a 2018 so we went ahead and replaced all 4 tires. Dads compensated us for one of the tires. I would have given 5 stars had we been able to split the tire bill in half but I’ll take what I can get. Some issues just can’t be seen in advance. We love the camper and would recommend dads based on our experience with them.

After speaking to the manufacture rep, I understand why the service is so bad. They may not be in business for much longer, make sure you check everything up and down before finalizing any deals. *edited after the owner responded, I was dealing with Zak who claims to be the manager and you're right not getting the answer I want is not bad service but not giving an answer at all is bad service. Which is what happened here I don't know what your team told you but I asked to speak with Zak's manager he took my number and said he's manager was going to call me. I never received a call that's when I did more research and ended up speaking with the rep and finding out you guys aren't doing very well these days. Which explains the behavior of your so call "sales manager" And if you actually look at my profile you'll see many 5 Stars review for places that deserves it. I give an honest review based on my experience and even gave you folks the chance to fix it by leaving a phone number for someone to call me back. I'm sure Zak is trying to sweep this under the rug, look I already bought a camper else where but as a business owner myself if you want to know what your staff is doing behind your back go get my number from Zak. he's got me on what's app and I also left it with him.
