Everyone at the Lowell Camping World was accommodating and earned my trust and respect!
We had a wonderful experience with the order and delivery of our 2026 Montana Legacy 3231CK.. The sales team, including our Salesman Todd & the sales GM and the GM were all pleasant and friendly. Our Finance guru Rainer was patient and kind, explaining everything in detail. Our Tech Gary walked us through the camper explaining everything and made good on securing our dinette table to the wall and finding us our fireplace remote. Matt in Parts & Service is outstanding and seems to be one of the few in that department that knows it all! Overall, our experience has been great with the purchase and I hope the Service will continue to be as great as we break-in our new camper and get the bugs worked out.
We met with Josh Pippin, told him what we were interested in and he showed us the type of camper we were interested in. Josh was never pushy but explained the pros and cons of each.
