Despite the existing reviews of stolen items on consignment that have been listed, we decided to consign with County Line Campers. The selling point was that they normally sell all consignment in 30 days. We live a couple of hours away so not an easy haul to just go to the coast for an inspection. Long story short we took it on a Sunday and left it for consignment knowing nothing was wrong with it (we had just lived in it for 2 months and double checked everything before unhooking). Jeremy, the sales guy did tell us to grab everything off of the camper when we left it because once it sells, the parts we leave for the new owners will not go with it (they hock them and resell on marketplace—he even had an item under his desk he showed us where he got one out of a consignment). These were an extra sewer hose, 2 adapter plugs for 110 outlet, 4 chock blocks, tire covers, leveling blocks, and a few other items. They called to tell us we needed to replace like 8 things on the camper before they could sell. One of them being to put a mattress in it (estimated cost $1200!), broken shade, battery, lights, water heater, etc. all totaling almost $3000!!!!! We decided to go pick it up since we were already going to be losing like $6000 once they listed it and none of this stuff was even broken listed on their paper. My husband drives 2 hours down to get it and discovers the bedroom tv that was an extra now in the living room, the 50 amp adapters are now missing, chock blocks gone, and the best part——somebody took a 💩in the toilet because there was no toilet paper or excess bodily fluids when we dropped it off!! We double checked everything when we got back and what do you know…..everything works just fine. I will admit the mattress was not in there but we didn’t buy it with a mattress in it but they do NOT cost $1200. Do yourself favor and go somewhere else to sell or buy your camper. These are the most dishonest clowns we have ever dealt with!!!!

The level of care and attention to detail went far beyond a typical RV purchase. Rob, the owner, was incredibly genuine and personally made sure we felt right at home. That kind of involvement speaks volumes about the integrity of the business. The entire staff was amazing. They arranged our flight, helped with transportation, and even made sure we had a great lunch. Every step felt relaxed, supportive, and real. On the morning of 1/9/25 I was getting ready to move RV spots and realized my power tongue jack wasn’t retracting. I figured out how to do it manually, so I left and headed to Biloxi, Mississippi. On my way I saw a RV dealership called Country Line Campers and I hoped someone there could maybe troubleshoot it, but I didn’t have high hopes since I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. When I pulled in to the service center I was greeted by Nikki and I explained my situation. She immediately made me feel at ease by saying she could have a technician look into it. Also, and more importantly she was going to file the claim with Brinkley to help get a replacement jack, as we found out the motor was failing. Nikki also asked one of the most important questions, “was there anything else we need to troubleshoot?” To me, that meant she really cared about my experience!!! I went over two other items, and she addressed them. I was introduced to Stephen the tech that was going to look over the jack. This guy had the best personality, he was genuinely a good guy to be around. Stephen was very knowledgeable, and he was kind of enough to show me how he replaced the jack. He also showed me some things on my RV that I didn’t know about. This interaction with the service department at Country Line RV ( Gulfport) was a 10 out of 10. Nikki and Stephen, thank you for turning a bad day into a great one.

County line was easy to work with and had a smooth process! We love our camper and have enjoyed many trips so far!!
