We purchased (2) campers at the beginning of the summer. We are repeat customers. We have bought at least 3 campers from them. The AWNINGS are now made by an OVERSEAS company and they frequently need repairs. Also one of the campers we purchased new, needs a tail light and the outside grill repaired, along with the faulty awning. It came damaged. They promise to get the parts and they promised to send repair people out. This was at the beginning of the summer......(Damion Gray) makes appointments and cancels the day of. They promise gift cards for the inconvenience and never give us the gift cards. We have enclosed our camper and it cannot be moved. The manager gave his word he would send a repair team out to the camper. They are all about a new purchase but forget the faithful, return customers. I am not at all happy and believe we are being yanked around. What happed to good business ethics and good business practice? My texts are no longer being responded to. So today I am posting this. Update: Feb 2026 just after our snow storm in SC. They verbally promised to be here at the end of January 2026. NO SHOW yet again. The awning we cannot close collapse from the snow. We cannot close it due to a faulty mechanism from an company outside of the USA. Most of the newer awnings are faulty, per the companies own words. I have had my side by side strapped to it, to give it some stability. It has been over a year since I have had use of my side by side. It would have been real nice to have it for the Spring and for the snow......... I will keep everyone updated, if managme t ever keeps their promises.....the awing, the outside grill, the taillight..... should have been all new. Our camper is on a site where it does not move or travel. They promised to come to us, they gave their word.
We purchased our Viking camper in 2021, not knowing it was a Covid Catastrophe 😊. We realize that Country Camping corner didn’t know they were purchasing Covid Catastrophies, thrown together with sub-par workmanship. Although we had to return our camper many times for repairs the first year under warranty, and some of the issues continued after that period, we very much appreciate the service department continuously working to make sure that all repairs were completed! The owner very kindly took all our concerns into consideration and helped us ride away as Happy Campers!
I recently purchased a lightly used travel trailer from Brett Murphree at Country Camping Corner and cannot be more happy with the experience. He was attentive and professional from the first call to the final handshake. His knowledge of campers and ability to make the purchase easy, fun and confident I was making a good choice is the reason I have no problem writing a 5 star review of my experience. The entire facility at Country Camping Corner shows they take pride in their profession. Thanks again Brett and the entire staff.

Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Country Camping Corner- Kings Mountain for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
