They advertise themselves as a family business with great customer service, but honestly, that feels like a joke. I contacted a sales representative about a unit they’ve had sitting for over three years and proposed a straightforward cash deal. The unit was listed as new. I also pointed out that the same unit was being sold at other locations as 1 year old on the East Coast and in Arizona—for $28,000, and I provided photos to support this. For context, I previously sold RVs for many years, so I understand margins. All that was needed was a simple yes or no, not rudeness or silence. After that, I tried reaching the sales rep again—no response. I then contacted the sales manager and left a voicemail, again with no reply. The next day, I called back and finally spoke with the manager, who said he didn’t have time and would call me back. As expected, that call never came. This is not how you run a business. I own a business myself and would never treat a potential customer this way. You cannot claim to be customer-friendly or family-oriented if you won’t take the time to respond to someone who is ready to make a purchase.

The finance staff and the delivery center were knowledgeable, patient and understanding. We were disappointed that the salesman misrepresented some features that we were expecting. We were told that we would have two propane tanks and two batteries. We only received one battery. Also, we were told that the television was 12 volt, and since we dry camp this was kind of a big deal. Upon the walk through we found out that is was only 120 volts. When we asked him about it his response was " well, you could just by one". Overall we had a good experience here and i would recommend Cordelia RV. They have a great selection and we love our new RV.

Scheduled an appointment, over the phone, with Salesman John to view some RVs. John was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. My wife and I found the perfect RV on their lot and decided to make a full price offer using Cordelia RVs asking price that was Rejected by their Sales Manager. Although confused and disappointed, we called Another RV dealership that had an Identical RV on their lot, so we decided to make an offer that was Fortunately Accepted, saving us $3,200! I would give Salesman John a 5 Star rating, but instead I give this RV Dealership a One Star Rating for their unwillingness to Accept our Full Price offer on an RV that they had on their lot. This is my first One Star Review that I've ever left However I wanted to give our Salesman John credit for being an Exceptional Professional during our visit! Thank you John, it was nice meeting you!

I’m not the one to leave negative reviews but for being under new ownership I think people would like to know. We were just going to look around to start getting some ideas and we were greeted with all of them are close because it is raining. The one we looked at was open and it was said I don’t know why it’s open because it’s raining and locked it as soon as we walked away. Definitely not coming here when we are ready to buy but I wish them well!

purchased brand new 2024 forest river trailer, leaked right away, manufacturer took it, brought it back, still leaked. purchased the $5000 extended warranty from rv cordelia, but when we needed it, they stopped responding to my emails or calls. horrible service. they do a lot of talking but when it comes time to fix things, they leave you hanging. -100 stars. had high hopes for this thing, dashed. probably have to sue to see any money back.
