No part of the process of ordering or picking up my new ATC Pla 450 was stressful. Ray, my salesperson, and everyone else I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. At no point was I pressured to add anything I didn't want or use a payment option I wasn't comfortable with. When I ordered the trailer, I overlooked a couple of options that I thought were standard and although it was my own oversight, they made sure I left happy the day I picked it up. That is how you run a successful business! Other people I know who purchased RV's from other big chains tried to prepare me for a stressful day of pressure from predatory salesmen, but this experience was far from that. These guys were real people. Cool and personable. I live 2+ hours from Complete Trailers CA and can confidently say it was worth the drive. Thank you guys so much.

It started with a RFQ on line, then coincidental visit to the location in Colorado, I met with the owner Brett. He was awesome, walked me through the whole process, we built my custom dream DOD trailer. Planned to have it picked up from the California location. Despite the delays, (out of their hands) I was dealing with the CA sales team, Brandon did a great job keeping me posted. I even reviewed some shop drawings for the precise locations of extra D-Rings, When my trailer finally arrived I made the long round trip to finally pick up my baby. She tows great, and well, went straight to work the next day and hasn’t stopped in 21 days (Sundays off for grease and a power wash) so far so good. I will definitely do business with COMPLETE TRAILERS of CA in the future.
Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction, especially purchasing from out of state. As a company, we purchase dozens of vehicles annually across the US and this was one of the smoothest, least painful, most prepared transactions we've had. Flew in from Austin, TX to purchase the tow rig (which most certainly did not go as smoothly), experienced a SNAFU with that delivery which pushed the trailer delivery to the following day. Complete handled the adjustment on the fly and accommodated the new pickup time/date instantly. Trailer was curbside ready to be picked up as soon as I arrived, paperwork was quick/painless, accessories were available on site, and they even helped to hook up the trailer and confirm if there were any questions or issues. Then picked up one of our other development vehicles to immediately test the entire package. Trailer (and tow rig) performed flawlessly for the ~1400 miles back to Austin and Complete has been available for any questions we've had post-purchase. Highly recommend reaching out to them for any of your future trailer needs and looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!
