I worked with Brett and his team to create a custom trailer that could not be duplicated by a stock trailer. Nothing super crazy but I had specific requirements due to vehicle requirements that are a bit “non-standard “. I think we had 7revisions of the blueprints and at the end of the day, I received a very functional and beautifully built InTech trailer. Brett was very patient, not high pressure, and offered many great suggestions and advice. His team was also very accommodating through the delivery. I don’t normally allow dealers to place their decals on my vehicles, but I did this time. Call them, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a new review, to replace my previous feedback of this company. When I was ready to purchase a new JimGlo trailer, the salesmen I did the transaction with did not represent this company well. I was given wrong information, communication was poor and ultimately I had to purchase a more expensive trailer, to get one that would work with my vehicle. After leaving feedback of my experience, I immediately received a call from the owner, Brett. This is a man that owns three stores and I’m sure is quite busy, but he took time out of his day to personally call and discuss the issues with me. I must say that this is a business owner that truly cares about his company and his customers. My concerns were heard and I truly believe that he will take no time to make sure that the issues are resolved. Unfortunately there are times that an employee doesn’t care about a company as much as the person that put their blood, sweat and tears into building an outstanding company. When you hear from an owner that is as passionate about their business as much as Brett, as a customer I would definitely do business with him again. In this day and age, and as a business owner myself, I understand that good employees can be hard to find. There are a lot of great people out there that are willing to work hard, but then there are some that are not a good reflection of the business that puts food on the table for so many families. How the business handles any situation is a true reflection of who and what they are. With that being said, I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a high end trailer. If you get a salesman that you’re not happy with, I would bet that you could talk directly to Brett or someone else that will make sure you get the proper information and service that you are looking for. Thanks again Brett, your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed with me. I appreciate you and look forward to working with you again.

I worked with Brian to purchase our new Futura trailer. He made it a seamless process. It had to be ordered from California. Once it arrived, they contacted me for delivery. When I got to the dealership, everything was ready. They gave me a short class and we hooked it up. The only thing I wish I knew before hand was the requirement to torque the lug nuts at very specific intervals (10, 25, 50, and 100 miles). I had to make two stops to pickup a torque wrench and 19mm socket & extension, before I made my 100 mile trip home. Other than that, we are extremely pleased with our purchase.

"Complete" waste of time - Online and their call system states they are open to noon on Saturday - Wasted a 40 minute drive there and back to find it closed with no ability to even walk around and see the inventory. Called and got a machine. Did not even get a call back during "working hours" - Not impressed.

Great experience purchasing a Futura open car hauler from Complete Trailers! Also the customer service with Complete and Futura is top notch in getting spare parts and service questions answered.
