If you’re looking for a builder who builds dreams at a great price, look no further. I have always admired the homes that Compact Cottages built and have seen their ads in the local paper. I wanted to build a big home on my property and went with a local green builder but after months of my time and money they were not able to build and left me high and dry! I reached out to Barry the owner of Compact Cottages, and shared with him my story. He came to my rescue and was able to be a beautiful home with a smaller foot print. I was able to pick out the paint colors inside and out and he worked with me to make some minor customizations. The home was built in less than 8 months.Barry was always responsive to my emails and texts and he made me feel welcomed. I hired an independent home inspector and he stated that the home was well built and there was a couple of very minor punch list items that were remedied in an hour. I had several friends and neighbors come by and they admired ithe craftsmanship of the home! I couldn’t be any happier selecting Compact Cottages as my builder and would highly recommend them!
Compact Cottages just completed a one story 768 sq. foot cottage on our property. We are beyond happy with the quality and end result! Barry and his team were very easy to work with, costs were transparent and very reasonable. Communication was excellent! I also appreciate their commitment to build per green standards!
