I brought my 2020 Winnebago Navion in on Thursday 12/18 for a scheduled wait appointment oil change and quick checkup to prepare for a trip to Florida. After sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half, I was told they couldn’t change the oil because they didn’t have full synthetic oil in stock and asked me to bring the RV back the next morning. Seriously? There are multiple auto parts stores within a couple miles. I was irritated, but agreed because I just wanted the service done before our trip. I returned Friday morning at 9:30 AM, waited again, and finally left around 11:45 AM after paying the bill. The cost for an oil change and “complimentary inspection” was steep—at that price I could have taken it to a Mercedes dealer—but I was paying for peace of mind before a long trip. That peace of mind didn’t last. On Saturday 12/20, while prepping the RV in my driveway, I noticed an oil spot on the pavement. When I opened the hood, I found oil spilled throughout the engine compartment, poorly cleaned up, with an oil handprint left on the front plate holder. Worse, the air intake hose was not reconnected—a serious oversight. To top it off, the washer fluid was still nearly empty, and all tire pressures were about 6 PSI below the recommended value, despite the “inspection.” I’m fine paying a premium for service—but only if the work is done correctly and professionally. This was sloppy, careless, and disappointing from start to finish. I won’t be returning for service, and I wouldn’t recommend this location if you actually care about the condition of your RV.

I just purchased my second camper from here and again the experience was outstanding. Nancy was very helpful and answered every question we asked. She helped us decide on the perfect camper for our family. The staff is friendly and professional. Looking forward to getting out and enjoying the camper more

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER FROM THIS PLACE unless you want poor customer service, long repair wait times, and one headache after another. After buying a BRAND NEW motorhome, we have had nothing but one obstacle after another. Customer service is non-existent. We left multiple messages for so many members of the staff that were never returned. Do not trust them with your money or your service needs. We regret buying here, and definitely warn others to go elsewhere!! Seriously...don't do it...you will be sorry!!!!

A Five-Star Journey to Our Perfect Travel Trailer, Thanks to Aline! When we first arrived at Blue Compass our plan was to browse and move on, not commit to anything on the first go around. We searched through their (amazing!) selection of travel trailers and found one we absolutely loved! Still we weren't convinced. And then we met Aline and our entire experience was transformed. She is much more than a sales lady; she instantly made us feel like family, the kind of genuine, welcoming presence that turns a transaction into a truly enjoyable experience. We came in with significant apprehension, caught between the desire for family space and a healthy anxiety over safe towing capacity. Aline quickly became our guiding light. She listened patiently, expertly balancing our needs for a roomy interior with the absolute necessity of road safety for our vehicle. The travel trailer she helped us select is the absolute perfect fit! Our overall experience wouldn't have been the same without her. If you're looking for an RV, bypass the rest and ask for Aline! 10/10 recommend Blue Compass!

Don’t get me wrong. There are nice people here who try to help out, but this place is trash. Multiple mistakes were made when trying to repair the awning. It took the. 2 months to simply replace the water heater. I called in 6 weeks after I dropped it off and they hadn’t ordered the new one yet. They hadn’t even sent pics into the warranty company yet. I don’t think they ever would have if I didn’t call 10x. I get into my RV before I leave and there was rust all over my sink. Then I tried to use the awning and apparently there were multiple screws missing. They did come out and clean the sink and are attempting to fix the awning again while I sit here. Going on 3 hours that I’ve been here to simply pick up my RV. Canceling the ridiculous warranty they sold me. I think the guy who sold it to me has been shipped off to Michigan (kind of like they do with priests when they misbehave… funny enough he was a pastor). His name was steven. If you run into him turn the other way and don’t think back. Scammiest of scammers. Won’t let you leave his office until you purchase the warranty which he told me would cover anything that went wrong (their fault or mine). Then they charged me for the awning and are trying to charge me for the water heater which I refused to pay. Barbi and Darrel are working on that for me to see what they can do. They have been nice and trying to help out, but doesn’t seem like there’s much they can control as far as this goes. Anyway, I would avoid this place like the plague. I’ll gladly pay elsewhere to get any work done or spend a few days learning a new trade and do it myself rather than deal with this place.
