Following a significant amount of work to find exactly which type and brand of trailer would be best for my family, I found a Retro 190BH was the best choice. I popped onto RVTrader and found a number of units around the country, but it sure was obvious to me that Cobb and Son’s RV had a wider selection and broader choices in terms of options, colors and prices than other dealers. When I found the one I liked, it was so easy working with Cobb and Son’s staff. I called and got connected with the Sales team quickly, no waiting or phone tree to go through. And the follow up was always from the same salesperson every time. They worked with me on bank and financing, making it very easy when the best rate ended up being my Credit Union. We were able to make the deal in a couple days prior to Labor Day Weekend 2019 and I was able to pick up that weekend! Cobb and Son’s made the drive from Carson City Nevada to Alabama (~2,500 mi)entirely worth it. They even worked with me on an appointment during the holiday weekend and had the trailer ready to go once we arrived – no hassles and only two pieces of paperwork to sign! I’ve never had such an easy transaction and their southern hospitality was impeccable I would definitely recommend Cobb and Son’s RV when buying a new or used trailer (or even a Retro Dog house trailer if they still sell them!).

These guys went above and beyond to help us find the camper that was just right for us. Our AC was not cooling properly after our first trip, called them when we got home, they came the next day, picked up our camper and it was ready 2 days later. Awesome sales and service afterwards.

UPDATE: Jonathon delivered my unit and did a few upgrades which were perfect. He’s a pro and can do lithium battery upgrades or anything else. It’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had spending this much lol. We’ve had the unit for about 4 months now and it’s great. Cobb and Sons RV is the place to go. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Wow. Im so happy I found this place. I have not made the purchase yet but I have scheduled to drive 500 miles next week and buy a 2024 RV Camper because the price is right, and the folks here (Ernie, Dustin, Jonathon) have all been exceptional. There is a lot to think about when buying a new unit and they think of everything. I am confident the purchase and the camper will excellent. If anything needs to be added I will update!

After dealing with national chain RV Companies since 2017 and 4 campers later, with every experience turning into a night mare, my wife and I cannot stress enough how important it is to support your family run RV dealerships. We found Cobb and Sons RV, on line located in Alabama. They were worth the 8 hour drive from South Florida. They had the camper we wanted. We called and talked to Ernie. He was very helpful and patient and addressed all our concerns and questions. After arriving at Cobb and Sons to do a walk thru, we met with Dustin who is the owners son. He was professional, patient and genuine . It was so nice dealing with people that are so real and not phony. Concerning price, you will most always get better pricing from family run RV Companies like Cobb and Sons then the national chains.

If your looking for the right RV this is the only place you need to be. Sure it may mot be down the street from your house, but for personal and professional service you cannot find a better place to do your RV needs. From the time I called to the time we picked up our RV, my wife and I had the best no haggle experience you could ever ask for. Ever step of the way they answered every question we asked and for overall value they didn't skip on anything. I will tell you now, the drive from our house in North Ga was worth every penny, and we would do it all again just to do business with them again. When they say that they are family owned and operated, It is more than true. I just want to say to all the staff at Cobb & Son, Thank you for all that you have done for us.
