I have had several warranty items worked on here. Glenn, the service manager is very easy to work with and simplifies working with Forest River and the items are always taken care of. They have never kept my RV longer than a week and a half and the work is completed as promised. Shonn the owner has a great team of employees. I highly recommend CLEVELAND RV for your service.

Just purchased a New Riverside Explorer RV and had the best dealership experience. All the staff were amazing, we were greeted really friendly. Although we had so many questions to ask since this is our 1st RV, Cleveland RV was there to make sure we understood everything about our purchase. They even went beyond their way to help us entertain our toddler during the paperwork. No one rushed us to buy and were able to free look easily, which was horrible at Camping World. We definitely recommend Cleveland RV to anyone, and when the time comes to upgrade, we will definitely be going back!

Jerry in the service department is great , he took his time and completely went over every detail about our new RV at the time of delivery.
