I just want to say. I am so happy that I purchased my new Cedar Creek 3325BH from Chesaco Rv. They were the nicest,Rv dealer that I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. I wish all companies would take some lessons from them. Thank you to Tyler and Noah for the great service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre loved RV. Again you all are the best. Kevin…
We got a great deal at Chesaco RV on a new 2026 motorhome. On the day we picked the unit up they allowed us all the time we needed to go over the whole unit to make sure we knew how everything worked. Thank you Noah, Austin, and Sean (systems check out guy). I appreciate all your efforts in helping us with the purchase of our first motorhome! Thank you, Mark
Top Team! Top Service! Highly Recommended! This branch of Chesaco RV is truly exceptional. They helped me find my dream RV and did it with the utmost professionalism, patience, and respect. Ted from Sales was very helpful, Shawn from Tech was amazing and extremely knowledgeable, and Noah, the manager, was thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best it could be. THANK YOU!
This place doesn't care if you have a legitimate personal situation that causes you to cancel to buy an rv. They will steal your $1000.00 down payment and refuse to negotiate a refund. Totally no empathy or compassion for seniors. Update: Regarding the response from Chesaco. It would have been a good gestor to offer a refund and/or negotiate the deposit since it was out of our control both our vehicles went in the shop. You said yourself if it's out of your control you will refund. Then why if it's out of our control we get no refund? We have documented proof of our vehicle situation from the repair shop. We were very serious to buy that camper or wouldn't have put the money down in the first place. Hell I even changed over the insurance and everything. It's not like we enjoyed the situation and I try not to make it a habit to lose a grand. We will be taking you up on the offer for the $1,000 credit for parts and need a few things so I will be calling your service department for a few things for our camper. Yes we are sorry it didn't work out. It wasn't our fault our vehicles decided to break down. As much as I would like to make this better I can't. I wish we could get a new camper or find a nice used one and we might in the spring/ summer. I also want to mention Austin and Chad were great and hold nothing against them. They were nothing but kind and professional.
We just bought a camper from them, Austin and Noah were really helpful and the process went great! Highly recommend, we found the best deal with them and drove 9 hours past hundreds of other dealers. Definitely a good place to buy from!

Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Chesaco RV - Hamburg listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Chesaco RV - Hamburg which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Chesaco RV - Hamburg for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
