Two thumbs up to these guys if I had three they would get 3 thumbs up. A guy named Angelo reached out on market place and talked to me about consigning my toy hauler in December. The process was easy. He wrote me a contract sent a guy to pick it up and long story short I just picked up my check. They did everything and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. These guys are amazing I’m just happy another family gets to make memories in my toy hauler and I got paid without having to deal with any more of the weird people on fb marketplace. Everyone wanted to pay me half or ask me to hold it or let them pay payments. I even had people tell me they were homeless and ask if I could let them borrow it. I was tired of dealing with it. I almost considered not selling it but then Angelo reached out picked it up and here we are. I’d recommend Carson Pass RV in Lockeford a million times.

Do not waste your time, salesman tell you what you want to hear and when the sale is completed they do not uphold the commitment to repairs that were needed as well as service they stated they would provide. Then if you are elderly or female they will give you the runaround on how to get service completed that is needed! Do not recommend to have them sell your RV or purchase one that they are selling! Poor customer service as well as service that is needed!

Contacted me via FB messenger on how they can help us sell our RV. Dropped it off and walk through was good their comment was Wow looks brand new. Promised the world until they received my RV. 120 days, no advertising, no videos posted. Called for updates and received condescending responses. Left messages no call backs. Waste of time. Upon picking up the RV sat in the dirt office and pointed to it saying the keys are in it. No walk through no checking if our ID. It was spotless when we dropped off and dirty when picked up. Beware unprofessional salesmen trying to fill their lot with consignment units only. I have all messages on FB (receipts)

I don’t give very many reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due I had my motor home for sale on market place for 5 months and Angelo reached out about consigning it and I turned him down at first but after so many people tried to scam me and someone tried to steal it I reached out. Long story short he sold it right away. It was a shock after I tried to sell it for so long and took it to him and the next call I got from him was we sold your motorhome. We are now buying one of their park models and they are even gonna deliver it for me. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

I am generally not a review type individual, but.... If you are in the market for a RV, fifth wheel or travel trailer, this is where you want to go. I have never felt so welcomed upon our arrival. We were greeted with such warmth. There was NO pressure from anyone. We fell in love with our momentum right from the start.... We drove over 3 hours just to take a look at it. We loved it so much that we bought it on the spot. Jay is the General manager who took care of us from start to finish, Jay is very knowledgeable, transparent and absolutely kind hearted and such a delight to work with. The entire staff is so helpful, respectful and work very hard to get everything completed on time, they were so flexible to meet with us very early in the morning to accommodate our 4 hour drive home. Angelo, Mat, Pedro and Ray are the sweetest men, they all went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of. All of our needs were met on so many different levels from pricing to delivery and so much more in between, they definitely stand by their mission. This whole experience was off the charts by far! I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Carson Pass Rv for all of your outdoor needs. We will definitely buy again over and over again.
