I found this dealer by way of the Dynamax Dealer locator and I can thankfully say I found a good one! My first interaction with Ben was by phone. I called the dealer and he greeted me enthusiastically and professionally. Within 20mins, Ben sent me pics of every inch of the coach I was interested in and we began working the details all via text. There were no one-line responses from Ben. He clearly takes pride in his interactions as his communications were always timely and full of detail. Communication was top-notch with Jimmy, the Sales Mgr, stepping in when necessary to ensure the process stayed moving and I was updated the entire time. Once on-site the experience maintained the high-level of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Through and through the entire team was on it! Brett the GM is a clear business minded person perfect for the role of overseeing this awesome location. Between all three I felt more than comfortable with the purchase I was making but also the people I was trusting to guide me through. This was a big step and for someone to have never RV'd or purchased a new vehicle of any capacity it was unquestionably a 5-star experience!

Our journey at Blue Compass started with Brett, the general manager, then Isaac a sales person, then Anthony the finance guy, Tim who trained us on our new Class C RV and finally a very nice and helpful lady in the parts department (sorry I can't remember the name) who helped us choose what we needed to launch fun times with our RV. I can't say enough great things about this group. They made the "big purchase decision" easy. No sales pressure, only serving. I feel like they shot us straight and truly had our best interest at heart. I want to thank the team at Blue Compass Hickory and I highly recommend this team to others that want to get into RVing!

Finally, I have found an RV dealership service department worth recommending. Having been disappointed repeatedly, it's a breath of fresh air to deal with people who care and who actually "get back to you." When we had our Jeep fitted with a base plate and wired for towing they even gave us a tutorial on how everything worked ...a completely foreign experience for us to that point. All of our scheduled maintenance has been completed efficiently with friendly service. Most recently, after leaving a hub cap somewhere in America, Laken was able to order replacements (set of two) in short order and then, once they were delivered to our home (we live a few hours from Hickory), followed up with a phone call to make sure they were in good condition and not damaged in shipping. My only regret is that I didn't know about Blue Compass when we purchased our unit. The next time will be different.

Having owned several motorhomes, I think I have a pretty good idea of how servicing works. Working with Jessica and Doug was a thoroughly pleasant experience. Making note of issues, getting parts almost overnight, time taken to repair, spotting potential issues and making them known all are equally taken into consideration. Blue Compass gets 5 stars in every category.
