The best RV dealership I’ve experienced Was looking at an ad on Facebook marketplace I noticed it went down significantly and we were looking for a R-Pod. If you know anything about them, you know how hard they are to find, when I saw the low posting I figured I was going to get a gypsy selling somebody’s vehicle, they didn’t know or have a title for, after discussing with Michael , he explained to me that he was a salesman., I would be buying it from a DeMontrond dealership, which I was so ecstatic to find that out , I made a deal over the phone, as long as the unit was exactly what it was described to me to be. Previously the line of work Was the car business for 17 years total and that was over 15 years ago I was a salesman of the year, Finance Manager and also General Sales Manager of two different dealerships After meeting with Michael and long talks, yesterday Today when we arrived the dealership it’s like I was talking to myself when I was selling We came out out of, finance and didn't feel pressured Truly, this leadership and this sales person is beyond belief in this day in market When you have a sales person that is honest and upfront with everything and you get there and is exactly like they said it would be, it is a blessing I would truly recommend Michael Goodall and DeMontrond Camperland Conroe Texas We are, proud new owners of a 2019 R-POD M180 made by Forest River
Service department failure! Dropped my travel trailer off on July 16th for water damage and slide out seal leaking at Camperland RV in Conroe. Was told that slide needed to be adjusted and right seal replaced. I asked that all seals be replaced and was quoted 1500. Was called on July 28th that job was completed. I arrived on July 28th to pickup and paid 1542.31. When my trailer was brought around the porter set it down and bent my electric jack. I went inside and reported it and they brought another jack out and replaced. While replacing I inspected the work that was done on the slide. The silicone chaulking was poorly done and I noticed that the seal in some places were not attached to the trailer. I asked to speak to the manager and the general manager Jesse came out. I showed all areas of concern and he assured me that it would be fixed properly. I asked for a refund and left my trailer once more. I was called on August 6th that the job was again completed, I arrived on August 8th to pickup and up my trailer and again found the seals to not be attached to trailer properly. Also trash and staples left on the floor near the slide. I again spoke to Jesse and showed my concerns. I felt that the repair would not be completed properly so I paid the invoice, now 1304.90, was told they adjusted some of the labor charge, and I took my trailer home. After closer inspection at home and finding more incomplete repairs and damage to my trailer I contacted the Spring location on Saturday morning August 9th as there is no way I want to return to Camperland. I feel my trailer is more damaged now than when I brought it in.I spoke with Amanda in Spring and shared with her my experience and concern that my trailer was not repaired properly. I asked that I be scheduled an appointment at the Spring location to have them look at my trailer. Amanda had me email her pictures of the issues and stated she would forward to her service manager. I called back on Tuesday Aug 12 for an update after leaving multiple voicemails for service manager on Monday with no call back. Amanda did call me on Tuesday afternoon and said she would follow-up with service manager but she only has so much authority as a service advisor. I emailed more photos of damage on Tuesday night after discovering that the old seal wasn’t completely removed and the new seal will not seat properly. The photos included are the “completed” repair and how my trailer currently looks.No one will contact me to try to resolve matter.
Iffy I could give a 0 I would because that's about how much they care about the customer service they'd provide. I just wanted to buy a small camper. I have plenty of money in the bank to buy a 5th wheel cash but I only wanted to spend around 20k and they treated me like I was some broke bum of the street. As a single female showing up alone beware. Anyways I went to ron hoover and bought my camper from them. This place is doing some bad business. Treat people with respect please is not hard. It starts from the top, down to the salesman.

He provided the expected level of professionalism to complete the delivery walk through presentation. Bought a forest river here and I love it. Camperland staff were all nice and helpful. Check out Mike Allgood, that man knows his stuff. If you’re looking for a travel trailer I would definitely see him. My son is in the market for one now and he will definitely be heading over to Camperland.
