Camperland warranties On October 22,2025 we delivered our Jayco RV to Camperland. With a list warranty repairs. Both awning, front awning motor burned up, back awning bracket bent and screws missing. bathroom fan burned up, closet door broken and screws back out and a ceramic wash that will cost $175. It was asked if they can keep it for a couple of weeks and I said no problem. I had a trip planned at the end of November and on the day after Christmas they said that great and they will call when it’s done. The third week of November I called them they asked me if I put the awning on I told them I didn’t put the awning on. they suddenly found out they did put the awning on and then they had to order parts. They had to wait to get the parts cause I didn’t know if it was going to be approved or not. So I canceled the appointment for the end of November. I then asked if they would be done with it by Christmas the said yes once the parts came in. No call back from them I called them back three days before Christmas and they said they got the wrong parts. Know it wasn’t going to be done until the first week of January so I had to cancel the December appointment as well. So here it is January 28 and I had to call them again to find out if it was ready to go. They said that everything is done but the wash and it looks like the middle of next week to get that done. And they said they will call me when it’s done. They did call me for the first time. I called them back and picked up the Rv on February 4, 2026 the wash job they missed 2 spots and the whole roof. They parked the Rv in by some trees and scratched up the back they fixed some of the wood trim and left the mess for me to clean. I called them back over the roof and the scratching on the back and they said to bring it back and they will take care of it. But then I am making payments on a Rv that is setting in there parking lot. They will keep it for another month or two.

They had everything I needed to replace my water heater. Had purchased a different one , but it would not fit. Dave at Camperland had a direct fit heater and all the fittings needed to do the replacement. Even though everyone said there was no replacement. Great team.

He went above and beyond to make sure everything we asked for was taken care of — and trust me, we asked for a lot! Erik was patient, thorough, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Erik if you’re shopping for a camper — you won’t be disappointed! The parts and maintenance team has also been great. We’ve needed a few minor things and they done a 10/10 taking care of us. It’s also a very nice facility which I appreciate since you end up being there 3 or 4 hours between shopping and walk through/pick up.

Dave Nance in the parts section is amazing. I showed up with an unusual problem with my trailer hitch. He didn’t just sell me parts ( his job), He helped me fix the problem. His knowledge and understanding was invaluable to get me on the road!

I purchased a new travel trailer in July. Easy sale- I knew which one I wanted before I arrived. They ran my credit again after purchase which hit my score as an additional inquiry and continue to spam me months later with emails and texts (including at 7am on Sunday) asking if I still want a camper. Had to change my credit card number after realizing they collect and store deposit information by writing down your credit card on paper. All in all they could do a LOT better.
