He and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They even made sure everything was properly hooked up to my vehicle before I took it home. Since purchasing, we’ve already enjoyed three wonderful outings, and Shannon continues to provide support and answer questions even after the sale. We bought a Nucamp Tab 400 here. The sales experience was exceptional. We did discover some warranty issues with the camper so took it back to this location for repairs. Nucamp had some delays getting the parts that were needed, but Ashlyn (service manager) and crew kept working the issue and were able to address all of the issues. We are very pleased with both our sales and service experiences here at Bumgarner Camping and will be returning for all our future maintenance and other camping needs.

We purchased an Intech travel trailer from Bumgarner. The entire experience was exceptionally pleasant and they are so easy to do business with. Shannon (owner) was helpful from the first time we stopped by to initially look at the campers almost a year ago all the way until we ended up purchasing one. Barry (sales) is always willing to get any information needed and assist in any way he can. Our pick up experience with Tyler (service) was wonderful. I had sent Shannon a very detailed list of items I planned on checking when we picked up the travel trailer to make sure everything was in good condition. My assumption was that I would have to spend many hours going through all my checks once I arrived. When Tyler started walking me through the trailer to demonstrate all the features, it was obvious that he thoroughly read my checklist and had already conducted every check I listed. It made the entire pick up experience so pleasant and easy to complete. When completing the sales paperwork with Shannon, everything was exactly as we had agreed to prior to the pick up date, and there was no pressure to purchase any additional items unless we wanted them. Shannon and the entire Bumgarner team are delivering an amazingly pleasant sales / service experience and truly stand out from the rest of the industry that is mostly dominated by large corporations or ownership groups. I will absolutely do business with Bumgarner any time in the future when we need something that they can provide. Wonderful people and wonderful products offered for sale at reasonable prices!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Bumgarner Camping Center. I had the need to have a hitch added to my car. Expensive...yes $350.00, but service beyond dreams. I had a terrible morning, overslept by time I drove there I was right at 40 mins late. They gave me grace and still handled my application. It looks awesome, she asked about military service to give me even more discount. They had a very clean comfortable place to sit and wait whether I wanted inside or shaded outside. She kept me up to the progress. Now, as long as the hitch doesn't fall off when used I have to say they have earned my business FOR LIFE.

They made the process as quick and easy as possible had everything ready and were very accommodating and I made some last minute changes.
