Katie was super helpful when we needed to replace an on-demand hot water heater. She helped figure out what model it was and ordered at 6:15pm. I got a call at 9am that my water heater was ready for pick up the next day! That doesn’t happen anywhere these day! Thank you Katie, I will be back 😀
