Great experience start to finish. Sales person James did not rush anything, Financing Devian took time to explain each process and did not rush. Really wish I had names but the young lady that gave us the tour and showed us everything and answered any questions was phenomenal. Which takes me to the gentleman, can’t remember name again, really wish I could , that installed the sway bar hitch and explained it slowly and clearly as he knew that we were first timers. He then stopped us on way out as he forgot to tell us one thing. That meant a lot to us. Thumbs Up Start to Finish No high pressure sales techniques used at all which was very important. We left the lot and went straight to the campground!!
The service department at Bourbon RV is excellent. They have been servicing my fifth-wheel trailers for over 10 years. Their service rates are very competitive and they complete the work in a timely fashion. I travel over 60 miles and drive past numerous other RV dealers and service centers en route because I trust this group to do the job right, the first time.
Went there 1st because they were the only ones we could find around that were BBB approved. Was not disappointed with any aspect of the transaction. Gage, the sales person, was very helpful. The things he did not know he went and checked out. He didn't just try to find what I wanted to be the right answer. I bought a 3yr old used camper. He showed us everything in the weight class that was asked. No high pressure sales. No "if you get this one it would be better because...". Just plain old what do you want and these are the models we have. I will continue to recommend this be in everyone's journey on the way to camper or RV ownership.
