David Biggs is a great sales man. He personally made sure that we got the best deal on a beautiful Fleetwood Flair. He drove it down to OKC for us, so we didn't have to drive to Tulsa a second time. Plus he sent us a wonderful "Thank you" gift, that was totally unexpected. That was very good customer service and so far we LOVE our 2020 Fleetwood Flair. Thank you Dave and Breck for your help in making this a very easy transaction.
I left a review. The response I saw before rewriting this one confirms my sentiment of regret. I am not happy with them at all. You may have a different experience, but mine was terrible. One of the many poor business behaviors I witnessed was the Tulsa office speaking poorly about the OKC office. They were correct, that branch was not very good, but at least they were polite. I was not treated well after I bought an RV that did not have a working lift system. Thanks for giving a full-time RVer a huge ongoing headache.
Picked up our latest RV from Bob Hurley and very impressed. This is our 5th RV and our first from a different dealer. We had such a great experience buying a 5th wheel camper. They have a great selection and are the best to work with IMHO. We shopped several local places and found them to be the best price & service. Lisa was knowledgeable and helped us get to the right camper for us. Chris, Sumter, Greg, Billy and all the people there helped immensely as well. We’ve been out camping three times already and just love it.
