I've held off on writing this review for 5 months to ensure it was valid. As a first time RVr, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in the buying process and follow on service. The team at Blue Star RV, genuinely seem to care about their customers, I dealt with 3 different salespeople and all were genuine, candid and honest. I've even had my trailer in for a repair (user error) and I had it back within a week. The team at Blue Star took care of me. I was apprehensive about getting an RV from the onset, but after dozens of trips, 5 national/state parks, several thousands of miles and over 50 nights spent in our RV, I have zero regrets buying our RV from this team
We had such a great experience buying our trailer here. We are new to RVs/ Trailers and I didn't feel pressured one way or another. The transaction was very smooth and we even had to call them when were on our first trip to ask advise about the brake control. They are truly wonderful, caring people and I would recommend them anyone.
My husband and I just purchased our first Toy Hauler and we couldn't have been happier with our experience at Blue Star RV. After looking at all the other local dealers the experience here was a world of difference. They were no pressure and very easy to work with. Rob let us walk the lot and just do our thing without the added pressure of being "sold". He truly just wanted us to find something we were happy with.
