We purchased a new 2025 Grand Design Transcend just a couple weeks ago. Taj there was amazing to work with, along with the sales manager and the others behind the scenes to make the buying process easy! So far so good, we cannot wait to use it this summer! Spring can’t come soon enough!

Update: They wrote back saying they'd follow up, which I appreciate...Except that they never did. It appears they just wrote that response to save face. Extremely Disappointed with Bish’s RV Service Department (Eldridge, IA) We brought our Mercedes Sprinter Galleria camper van to Bish’s RV in early July for several service items after scheduling an appointment in advance. Despite dropping it off on time, they didn’t even look at the van for several weeks. When we finally got updates, we were told that new sales take priority over service appointments — something that was never disclosed when we booked. Had we known that, we would have gone elsewhere. Our service requests included: Diagnosing tank sensors Repairing the air conditioning unit Fixing a rear light panel Addressing the issue where the house battery drains the chassis when in “Stow” mode Of these, the tank sensors were never fixed, and the air conditioning unit was replaced with a white model — despite our van and all exterior accessories being black. This color change was never cleared with us, and when we questioned it, we were told black units were difficult to find because of voltage requirements. That’s odd, because we were able to find multiple black replacement units ourselves online within minutes. When we raised concerns about the battery drain, John at the service desk told us it was actually a “feature.” That for safety, the house is supposed to drain the chassis battery. This is not the case with our other class B, but ok. Over several months, we scheduled at least half a dozen pickup dates, but the van was only actually ready once. On one occasion when it was released to us, the hood of the AC unit was not properly secured, and we were flagged down by good samaritans near downtown Davenport as it was hanging by a single bolt. When we called Bish’s, John said there was nothing they could do — no accountability, no apology, and no offer to fix the damage. After months of back-and-forth and several thousand dollars in bills, we still have a mismatched van, sensors that don’t work, and a battery we have to disconnect every time we park. In the end, we gave up. It's been months. We were done with the gaslighting and are going elsewhere. I’m sure their sales department is great, but based on this experience, I would never recommend their service department. Next time, I’ll be going to Camping World or anywhere else that values transparency, communication, and quality workmanship.

All we can say is WOW! What a great experience. We owned our own business and we know what great service is. From start to finish, that’s exactly what we got from Bish’s of Davenport. We would like to mention just a couple of people, Andrew, Carl and Trevor went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Once again, thank you all for setting us up with our new home.

We scheduled the appointment, dropped it off on time, and then heard nothing for weeks. Turns out, they didn’t even touch the van because “sales take priority.” No one bothered to tell us that until much later. When they finally did work on it, they replaced our black AC unit with a white one without asking. Their excuse? “Hard to find the right voltage.” Funny, because a two-minute Google search pulled up several black ones in stock. The tank sensors? Still broken. The light panel? Still broken. And the tech at the desk, John, told us that the house battery draining the chassis within 24 hours is a “feature.” Give me a break. We had half a dozen pickup appointments, and only one time was the van actually ready. One time they even sent us home with the AC hood not secured — we didn’t find out until it was hanging by a bolt driving through downtown Davenport. When we called, John said there was nothing they could do. No accountability, no apology, nothing. After months of delays and several thousand dollars wasted, we ended up taking it somewhere else. Bottom line: Bish’s RV service department is a joke. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — go anywhere else. Even Camping World would be an upgrade.

Had a great experience with Taj and Austin. The customer service was great and they were always available to answer questions. We went back twice to ensure we were selecting the rv we really wanted. They were not pushy at all and to be honest that was a major plus. When we picked it up they walked us through everything and had personnel at each department (parts, service, person to walk us through the rv and answered all questions). We have no complaints. Thank you for the experience.
