Wow, Where to Begin... First of all the entire experience with Gena and her crew was hands down the best experience of purchasing a used vehicle of any kind I have ever experienced. The level of obvious care for our lack of knowledge of even owning a Class A motor home was so welcoming and made all the difference in the learning experience that comes with such an investment. We found a really nice, 2015 Mirada 35KB with only 12,400 miles and was a 1 owner unit. Upon inquiry they provided a clean CarFax on the rig (which I verified) along with all the pertinent documentation of all the systems onboard. After going to several RV dealers in the Houston/Galveston area, which by the way, was not unlike any used car dealer, we were able to negotiate a good price and we felt that this was indeed the best deal for the money of all the rigs we had looked at and did not feel the high pressure sales tactics of most of the other dealers. After the purchase, not only did they go over the thousand questions that I had, they were patient and explained the working of the rig so that a newbie like me and my lady, could comprehend and understand. On top of that, they did go through the coach to make sure all systems were go, they even had us spend the night on site so that we could experience it first hand and the next morning ask any questions or deal with any concerns that may have come up in our first night in the coach. Add to that, the crew helped us hook up our Jeep Wrangler TOAD the next morning which was also such a help. The overall experience at Best Preowned RV was top of the line when it comes to the level of service and integrity. Since then, there was discovered an issue under one of the slides that none of us noticed until after our first camping experience and when I sent a picture to Gena and asked her what to do, she told me to bring it back and they will fix the small but needed repair that no one noticed. It is that kind of integrity that allows me the freedom to highly recommend Best Preowned RV for your next purchase of a high quality, used rig!! One more thing, they stand for good ol' American Values and that makes them a winner with me, why give your money to a big corporation when you can give it to local family that cares about you and your satisfaction when it comes to your used RV investment!!

We just purchased a Damon Tuscany from Best Preowned RV in Houston, TX (Our first motor home). We shopped for about two years before deciding on the Tuscany. It is a big decision making such a large purchase and everyone was very helpful and patient during our shopping process. Special thanks to Gena for all the test drives. What a great place to go RV shopping! The salesperson is very enthusiastic and upfront about everything. I didn't feel pressured or uneasy in any way. They have a wide variety od models to choose from. They all looked to be well maintained. They seemed very eager to accommodate my needs for my future ventures across America.

They did a great job. Story is, our camper was stolen and then recovered. We took it to Best Preowned RV for repairs. The insurance company was difficult, but they were able to work it out for us. They really advocated for us with the insurance company to get the “right” parts not just any parts. I was really impressed with the quality and speed of the repairs. I think they were done within a couple of days of getting the parts. We asked them to check a couple of other things and they called and checked with us before they did the repairs. They are very responsive, emails were responded to in a timely fashion. We have heard horror stories about how long it can take to get a camper repaired, in general. Best Preowned RV was fast. And the quality was great. It appears that someone is on site 24/7 which made us feel better after just having the camper stolen. We would definitely use them again.

My wife and I just purchased a beautiful 2007 Safari Cheetah from Best Preowned RV in Houston. I searched the net for 2 years to find exactly what we were looking for and something kept me coming back to this companies web page. I was impressed with their photo and descriptive representation of their units and equally impressed with their stated veteran support and Christian beliefs. We purchased the coach with only that information convincing us. After having it professionally inspected, we flew down to Houston to 'bring her home'. On the trip, a couple of items failed so I contacted Denise at the dealer. Her response was amazing and unexpected. They are replacing the failed items without charge.
