Big fan of the Team here and family business feel. John the salesman was very easy to work with, responsive, no pressure guy. We were looking for a pretty specific style RV and they found the perfect one within days and at a great price. He even went the extra mile, learned all the bells and whistles only to teach it to us on the pick up date. I'd never go anywhere else.

This is my fifth RV, but the first time I have bought from this dealer. I have dealt with many different dealers in a mission to avoid Camping World and General RV. What I can tell you of the dealers I have dealt with, Sean and Bryan actually seem to care about the customer. We bought a very good used 2023 Class B that had extremely low miles. Were there issues with the RV? Sure but all four I bought before had issues. The difference was Bryan got us scheduled in for service a week after I called and we had everything fixed (all but one item but they ordered the required part to fix that item too, so that will be done soon). They offer 30 days coverage to make sure everything is good, so I made sure to make a camping trip to test everything and they fixed all my issues no questions asked. What you need to know is the difference in the dealer. This is not a dealer looking to sell every quickly slapped together thing out there. They had around a dozen RVs on the lot and we were fortunate they had the two models we were looking to compare. They buy nice well taken care of used models or mid to high end new units. They focus really on Class B and Class C units. They are located in a great building but not on a main strip. So they price aggressively, my unit was one of the lowest priced on RV trader and the lowest mileage of the model on there too. This is all in an effort to make sure you find them on RV Trader and other sales locations, because someone finding them just driving by is not likely. The service team is very knowledgeable and quick, Andy also is willing to talk to you and answer questions you might have. And Bill does great work and is really fast so you aren’t paying for a ton of hours. No one is perfect and we all know that there are RV dealers who just want to get your check and get you off the lot. After that what happens to the RV is on you. Sean and Bryan are not those kinds of dealers. If I ever buy another RV this is the first time I would ever return to the same dealer for a second purchase.
Here at Barrington today to have a recall taken care of on my 2023 Navion. While I was here, I found a class B for sale that I am seriously considering as a second unit. For most of us, a motorhome is exactly that…. A home on wheels. It’s a huge purchase. I really need to trust the people I’m dealing with and that’s why I love Barrington.
