Me and my wife showed up on the grand opening of Bama RV. Sales guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. The owner was on site and a super nice guy and spent time with us helping us decide what best suited our needs. Buying process was quick and easy. The camper had a water leak so I returned with the camper to have the warranty repairs done. 8 months later and many phone calls trying to figure out what is going on they called and said its done except they couldn't get a stain out of the floor from the water damage would they like me to have them fix it?? Really?? Still thinking how in the world did the fix the floor under it without replacing the vinyl. So eventually he called and said it was done. I went to pick it up and we walked thru it. At this point im just done with the whole thing. Seeing the poor job they did, I did not want to leave it there for another year so I took it home and parked it. You could even see the plywood where the vinyl didn't make it to the wall. I decided to use the camper for the weekend and when I walked in I thought I was going to fall thru the floor in a spot and those same stains were back. I took the camper back to them. They said they fixed the back bunk house area which was never a problem to begin with. It was the kitchen,living and bathroom area which they did fix somewhat but not the leak. So since they didn't put that in the report they are saying my warranty has run out and maybe I should just file it on my insurance. I was like not a chance. This is clearly your fault. He said he would submit claims and call me back. I took my camper with me and saw where they bent the stabilizer legs coming down. Months later I have had ZERO calls. Im done with that place
We picked up our Keystone Cougar 2400RE the first week of Feb at the Dothan store (outstanding deal & service). This week we started a long drive and wanted to get a quick check to make sure the coach was ready... knowing that we would pass the Opelika shop in 20 minutes, I called ahead and asked if they could do a quick safety check on the tires and lug nuts. Terry, in the service Dept, promised he would try to get us in and out quickly. We pulled in, spoke with Terry and watched Super-Tech Chuck in true NASCAR style, service the tires and check the lugs. We had just enough time to walk the dogs, get a couple of drinks, shake hands and we were back on the road. Bama RV's Opelika store did not disappoint... it would seem all of their stores are top notch! We love and appreciate Bama RV's outstanding service!!!
After months of looking we found the right one. We Picked up our new camper this weekend from @OpelikaRV. Billy, Bryan, Melinda and the whole team took such great care of us, and on short notice. Their service after the sale has been second to none. It's nice to buy from a dealership that truly appreciates their customers.
We visited a couple of other camper dealerships before stopping by bama RV. We were short of time but decided to stop by in the 20 minutes we had. We are seasoned campers and knew exactly what we were looking for. After seeing 15 plus camper at another dealership we were feeling overwhelmed and defeated. We met Daryl Richoux as soon as we walked in the door. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us three campers that checked pretty much all of our boxes! We were extremely satisfied with the whole process and can’t thank Darly enough for his honesty and patience.
Long story short we were going to get our RV else where and I am very glad we decides to go with Opelika RV Center. Billy was awesome to deal with, he made the buying process from PA simple and Painless. We knew what we wanted and he delivered. Upon arrival everyone was super nice and friendly. The service Rep Bryan was awesome he took his time to go over everything with us since this is a huge change from our previous camper. They allowed us to switch everything from our old camper to our new camper right there in the lot. I have nothing but great respect for the Opelika RV center team, they were very professional and welcoming. I Highly recommend Billy he is notpushyanf works for you as the buyer!! If Icould give this team 1 million stars I would.👌
