My wife and I have been traveling through the Greenville area for the past 5+ years to visit friends. We stop on our way to Florida and our route takes us by this dealership. This year we decided to stop and look. We had been looking to upgrade from our 2001 Class A. Blair and his staff were very accommodating in our purchase of our new to us 2018 Tiffin. I took it to a campground for a weekend and brought it back on Monday with a list of needed “punch list” items. The service staff took their time to make sure everything was right before heading back home to Buffalo,NY. Upon getting back to Buffalo I found another item which needed to be addressed. Blair made good on the repair through my service guy in Buffalo. That showed me a commitment to taking care of their customer. I would recommend Autobank RV sales to anyone looking for an RV. People say to avoid dealers when buying an RV, I say baloney. Both dealers I bought my RV’s from were from small family owned businesses who take care of their customers.
I bought a camper several days ago. I called Auto Bank RV to make sure everything is set up right. I spoke with Blair, who was fabulous, because I don't know anything about a camper. They are going out today to make sure everything works perfectly. He was wonderful! I'll have peace of mind knowing that experts have taken care of my camper and are minutes away, if I need anything. Re: Exceptional Weekend Service - Michael Martin and Blair Addis I am writing your dealership to highly commend and thank your shop foreman Michael Martin and the General Manager Blair Addis for their immediate extraordinarily kind, concerned and knowledgeable attention given to us on Saturday, January 3, 2026. We were traveling from our home in Virginia to TX, a four day trip in our truck and travel trailer, when we had a serious problem occur to our electrical cord that charges the trailer from the truck when traveling. The truck's timing became erratic, the electrical cord disconnected warning light kept going on and off and the rear lights on the trailer were not working properly. We thought near Greenville that we were going to have to stop and would be broken down beside the road on I-85. Suddenly seeing a billboard and that said AutoBank RV Sales & Service 6 miles ahead we headed straight there hoping that it would be open on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am. We pulled in and the sign on the office window said that it opens at 9am on Saturday. Fortunately, I saw an employee walk by the end of the building and I asked him if he could help me. He said he was the only person there at this time, but He asked me what is the problem I have. I explained the problem symptoms and that I was taking my wife to Houston for cancer treatment and needed to be there by Tuesday to start her treatments. The employee was Michael Martin. He told me to drive my vehicle/trailer around behind the building and he would come take a look at it. He was super courteous and helpful. He checked out the taped up wiring from a recent repair to the electrical cord, repaired that break and retapped it, he checked and found a blown out fuse on the truck that serviced the trailer and he tightened the seven point connection electrical plug on the cord that fits into the truck's trailer hookup. Michael said that they were too loose and probably contributed to the electrical problems. I saw Michael conferring outside of the building at times with his boss Blair Addis during his study and analysis of our potential causes for the problems. After and hour of their time, Michael had me try the left and right signals and the brakes which all worked perfectly on my trailer. He told me that the wiring repair previously done was good, but that the loose wire connection on the line and at least one dead fuse were the problems and I was good to go. My wife and I were overjoyed! We thanked Michael profusely for saving the day for us and for responding to our emergency need so cooperatively with such concern, which was before the shop even opened. Amazing! Your shop and Michael Martin particularly was an "Angel" to us at our time of need during a very traumatic period of time for us. He made sure that I knew that his boss was also just as concerned and supportive as he was. For Your Company's employees kindness and their acts of caring and concern we both highly recommend AutoBank RV Sales & Service as a top notch RV business that takes their customers well being and needs personally and seriously.
