I really wanna give a big thanks to my salesman Zach for treating me and my family like we were a part of his family. OMG!!!!!!!! I can't believe I got approved. Nick the salesman was amazing, he made me feel like family. I'm so happy and recommend everyone to see Nick.
It’s very difficult not to write a mad review, but I’ll stick to facts. They certified to state of Texas that my r was safe to sell. The tires on my fifth wheel are 18 years old. Clearly expired and not safe when they certified to the state of Texas that it was. Third degree felony for lying. Salesman looked me in my eyes and told me the rv was ready for the road. Roof was coming apart. You know how they made it safe for the road? Caulking. Gobs and gobs of caulking. When I pulled the wall down in front basement, look at what I found. This rv must have been abandoned in a field and Archer RV decided it was worth selling. I was lied to and taken advantage of. Below are pics of tires, basement and roof. If you look at the second photo- 34 is the week of the year and 06 is the year of manufacture. The third pic is their expert way of repairing the roof. Last pic is the animal nests I found from when this camper must have been abandoned/ unused. They didn’t even bother to clean it.
My salesmen nick was amazing. He was perfect, listen to what I wanted and found it. No only did he find me the perfect rv but he worked with me in every issue that came up. I will be buying another one from him asap.
