I was just there trying to fix the wires on my trailer and after we left the store my husband fixed it! You guys have it cross wire. Didn't check it good enough and didn't see the wire's colors! The brown was supposed to be with yellow but he had brown with brown. They were nice people though. The picture below is what is supposed to look like.
Currahee trailer decking boards rotted within 4 years of trailer purchase from Anglin Classics. I even had stained the boards 2 years after purchase! Obviously defective pressure treated wood. The dealer Anglin Classics and Currahee Corp said the wood decking is not warrantied at all and they would not replace. I haven't kept anything stacked on it or allowed moisture or leaves to gather. Lightly used. VERY DISAPPOINTED! See pic
If you definitely wanna get the run around and have some some gentleman behind the counter, not know his job or utilize the information as given to him by the customer and not call him back. Customer has to call back in customer has to come down here. try to get a refund . The clerk doesn’t know how to operate and do a return. Tells me I gotta come back when owners are in wasting my time thinks I have time to come back and make 20 trips. This is the place you wanna go you’ll feel just like at home. Place has gone down tremendously.
Call on a Thursday just before they closed. I was having issues with the electrical hook up between my RV and my tow vehicle. Even though they were booked solid on Friday. Dave told me to come in and he would take a look I was there at 9:30am and Brandon had me out the door by 11:00 am. Working great! We were on vacation a long way from home. I appreciate their expertise and service. Now I can feel safe driving back to NY. Would highly recommend them!
