We purchased a 2021 Leisure Travel Van (LTV) RV this past year. During the process we had a ton of questions being new RV owners, based on our research it’s a totally different experience when visiting a dealership. We met our Sales Manager Dave Draeger a couples of months prior to our purchase on our criteria of the search. He took the time and walked us through the RV experience spending a good amount of time on the many aspects of becoming RV owners. Dave is very professional and patient, we had a ton of questions and is someone you can lean for on any issue or just to answer questions with our LTV (even after our purchase). We can always count on him to answer our questions and/or lead us in assisting us with the simplest issues. He provided a comprehensive walk-through even after our purchase assisting us on a couple of minor maintenance issues we could not figure out. He had us come in and work with the maintenance team to work on the issue/s and again just to answer our questions while we travel through the states on the intricacies on how an RV functions. There is a-lot to learn on the RV life and its very assuring to know we can always call and get some insight. Dave and the Advance team really cares about the customer. Dave got my RV in very quickly to assess if it needed a new air conditioner or not. The mechanic worked hard to try to fix it but came to the conclusion that it did need to be replaced. A short time later I had a quote and the AC was ordered. Dave suggested I make an appointment for the repair, which I did. Two weeks later my AC is fixed and I’m good to go. Great company that I would highly recommend!
Took my connect trailer in for winterization and a couple warrant issues. Trailer was done ahead of schedule and in great shape! David is great to deal with!
