Trust is very important when buying something 1500 miles away without ever seeing it in person! It didn’t take long for us to build trust with Scott S. and the rest of the Admiral’s Anchor team. I can tell you first hand that customer satisfaction is at the top of their list. It was evident in every interaction we had from answering all of our (many) questions, to Scott’s accessibility across calls and email, down to all the personalized videos Scott sent explaining all of the boat’s features. Mind you, this was all during the devastating flood that hit Indiana and the Ohio River (flooding their location). They took care to move my boat to higher ground well in advance of the flood to ensure it was safe. Admiral’s is top notch and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase something. I only wish we lived closer 😀!
