I’ve had several campers, two that came from A&L. I’ve always had a great experience with their sales team. Can’t say that I’ve always had the same experience with service. But, wow, have they turned it around. I’ve had my camper in a few times in the past couple of years and have nothing but good things to say! I’ve worked with Scott specifically each time and his customer service is top notch. The most recent trip involved a warranty issue and he kept me up to date at each step. There was a lot of back and forth with the manufacturer. From me and A&L. I feel they went above and beyond to take care of me. While things have not always been so great, I can absolutely say they deserve the full 5 stars for how they operate now!

Awesome experience. Josh did an excellent job and got the deal done as quickly as possible. He and Amber in finance did an excellent job and made me feel welcome every time I dropped in with questions about the camper. Also, thanks to Ryan. He is the Technician that gave the walkthrough. This guy really knows his stuff. I will be headed back this weekend to pick up a new weight distribution hitch from them. I definitely recommend this group.
