For example when I went into Tri-County Powersports it was very busy yet I received complete attention from Wyatt specifically, who was knowledgeable and straight to the point without any sales jargon nonsense. At first the bike I purchased was over my budget. After about 2 hours bargaining and communicating my concerns the managers Kevin, who alsi went above and beyond to hear out my concerns and actually lowered my overall RATE AND TOTAL equating to a couple thousand dollars! He made the deal too good to refuse whilst making me feel heard, taken care of, and confident over my purchase.
This dealership has a very safe and friendly environment. Kevin, the manager is a wonderful and trustworthy person, and his staff are very nice and supportive as well, especially the youngest one called Wyatt. They made it so easy for us to decide and pick up this Honda 750 Transalp.
I would, without reservation, recommend Tri-County Powersportd. I owned a 2021 Can Am RT Limited, but was interested in up grading to a 2024 or 2025 because of the new technology, the 10.5” screen on the dash, and the Apple Car Play. I found the best price on a new 2024 Can Am Spyder Sea-to-Sky at Tri-County Powersports where they had two. When I contacted them on their website I received an immediate response and made an appointment. It should be noted that they were not the closest Can Am Dealer, being some 75+ miles from my home. From the moment I and my wife arrived at Tri-County Powersports our experience with the employees was extremely positive. From, Wyatt, the fit specialist whom we initially spoke with, Kevin who was the manager, and everyone we met thereafter was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone bent over backwards to make the sale possible, including pairing my helmet and my wife’s helmet to the new Sea-to-Sky, making sure the firmware was up to date, that the Apple Car Play was fully function and instructiing us on how to use it. If you’re looking for a Can Am Spyder, then this is the dealership to go to. We traveled 2 1/2 hours in heavy traffic get to Tri-County Powersports and the deal we got on the new 2024 Sea-to-Sky made it worth it.
When your bike is a unicorn (made 1 year only) you have to be careful who you trust with repairs, enhancements, and parts. By all counts I rate Tri-County Powersports a sold 10 on a scale of 5. Somehow they come up with impossible to get parts and their technicians are excited to work on my bike because of its rarity. I highly recommend Tri-County
Purchased a new motorcycle from Tri county power sports today. It was my first time visiting their location. The store was clean, well thought out, great selection of bikes, quads, side by sides and other displayed sports vehicles. The staff was nothing short of amazing. I have purchased several motorcycles from other dealerships in ventura county and i can tell you that Tri counties customer service is second to none. Everyone from sales (shout out to Wyatt who helped me.. he was great) to the parts department guys who were super friendly and helped me with some oil filters for my new ride to the sales manager who worked with me on my new ride and made me feel good about my purchase. I will definitely be back to tri county.. i highly suggest you check them out.
