My husband and I went in today to look for some gear for him, and Dave in Parts & Accessories was extremely helpful. He recommended various jackets and help fit my husband in the right helmet. Dave was efficient, kind, and had absolutely the best customer service we’ve experience thus far at a motorcycle store. We got everything we needed and left extremely happy with all new gear. We recommend Dave for all your accessory needs, he really knows his stuff! Thank you!
Great experience with Bert’s Mega Mall. I recently purchased a 2019 used RZR, and within an hour it started making a noise. I contacted Sean Dalrymple, who immediately stepped in and made the entire process easy and stress-free. After test driving it again, I’m happy to say the RZR is now in excellent working condition. Sean was my main point of contact and support throughout, always professional, responsive, and committed to getting everything handled the right way. I truly appreciate the follow-through and customer service. I would definitely recommend Bert’s Mega Mall.
I recently purchased two Yamaha Waverunners from Berts and had an incredible experience from start to finish. There is no doubt they are far and away in another league vs other dealers. The entire staff works in sync to make sure your experience is enjoyable and easy. They are knowledgeable and kind and its clear they care and are trustworthy. They make you feel like your a part of their family. I want to give special thanks to Brittany, Kevin, Mitch, and Sean for all the work you do. I’ll be a lifelong customer and hope to send more business your way.
Huge selection! This was the only place in SoCal that had the part I needed (a 43 tooth rear sprocket). Fun and easy-going folks. I even found a discounted tank bag to round out my setup.
I’ve been buying from Berts for 40 years. The quality of their facilities, the professionalism of the staff from the greeters, to the sales people to the parts department, they are all cut from the same cloth. Kudos to the owner because I know it starts at the top.

Buying a motorcycle from Bert's Mega Mall in Covina, CA? Follow this checklist before you commit.
Verify the title and VIN
Check the VIN on the frame, engine, and title to confirm they match. Run the VIN through a motorcycle history report. Bert's Mega Mall should be able to provide documentation for any bike in their inventory.
Check the fork seals and bearings
Look for oil weeping down the fork tubes — a sign the seals need replacement. Grab the front wheel and push/pull firmly to check for play in the steering head bearings.
Inspect the chain and sprockets
A worn chain will have excess slack and the sprocket teeth will look hooked or pointed instead of rounded. Chain and sprocket replacement runs $200–$500. Factor that into your offer if it's needed.
Check tire age and tread depth
Look for the DOT date code on the sidewall — tires over five years old should be replaced regardless of tread. Tires are a safety item, not a cosmetic one.
Take a test ride
Confirm the clutch engages smoothly, the brakes feel firm, and the bike tracks straight at speed. Listen for valve noise, exhaust leaks, or electrical issues. A short test ride catches problems a visual inspection misses.
Motorcycle loans are typically shorter and more affordable than RV or boat loans. Here is what to know before financing through Bert's Mega Mall in Covina, CA.
Typical Loan Terms
36 to 60 months is most common for new motorcycles.
