I didnt buy a motorcyle here but I want to leave a 5 star due to Rob trying to get me the price and bike I wanted. They werent pushy so I felt really comfortsble looking through the bikes. The lady with the slightly wavy hair who works at the clothing department was so warm and friendly! I think its a great motorcyle dealership worth checking out if you are thinking about it! The mechanics seemed nice too!
Awesome dealership. Got a great deal on a Husqvarna and everything went nice and smooth. No games and silly tactics here - just pros here. Highly recommend Robb!
definitely the place to buy motorcycle. zero pressure and Chad and Daniel are super supportive and helpful. Chad was super patient with me(anthony/antonio) and we talked about bikes and he understood where i was coming from (upgrading from scooter) so he made the experience a very safe space and supportive. Chad and Daniel and both very friendly guys and very patient. no rush zero aggressive tactics…cause I’m a bit older so i can see rude sales tactics vs honest people just doing their job and Chad and Daniel are one of the best dudes I’ve met. i bought some oil for my scooter and just finalizing my decision(very busy today) on buying the bike we talked about. thanks guys!
Robb at Magnum Motorsports is what I want all salespeople to be like whenever I go to a motorcycle dealership! He was very informative and extremely welcoming to my family and me. I'm a newly licensed rider and walked in to check out the Svartpilen 401. Robb let me check it out, and told me I was free to jump on and check the ride height and seating position. Everyone at this place is just awesome. Collin made the purchase painless, Shai got my first service sorted out, Kevin managed to get my bike back to me in time for the weekend. Their parts department is also amazing with Jake hooking me up with a great sounding exhaust. Can't say enough good things.
