My mistake was purchasing the Extended Warranty and Service Agreement. When it came to using the warranty and service agreement, I found out the hard way that the service must can only be done at Raging Bull — this was not disclosed by the Finance Manager. When my Stage IV-upgraded motor blew up - the warranty did not cover the Screamin Eagle parts. I was told many times of the benefit of the Extended Warranty coverage for the $5K I spent on the Stage IV upgrade. ⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Raging Bull Harley-Davidson I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Raging Bull Harley-Davidson. I purchased pre‑paid maintenance and pre‑paid service agreements with the expectation that the dealership would honor what I paid for. Instead, I was met with excuses, refusal to provide the services I had already purchased, and a complete lack of accountability. The customer service was just as frustrating. Staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and at no point did anyone make an effort to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the inconvenience they caused. The entire experience felt like they were more interested in avoiding responsibility than helping a customer who trusted them enough to prepay for service. Between the shoddy service, the broken promises, and the unacceptable attitude, I can confidently say I will not be returning. I strongly recommend that anyone considering service or prepaid packages at this dealership think twice. --- I usually respect consistency but consistently horrible service — not so much. When it was time to pick my bike up, my bike wouldn’t start. The Raging Bull “Service” rep. tried to walk away and leave my son to figure out how to get my bike home. After my son voiced his concern with the awful customer service, the Raging Bull “Service” copped an attitude and then drug my bike, with the kickstand down, across the parking lot and back to “Service.” To make a long miserable experience worse, my bike was not washed, the gas was not ‘topped off’ as promised, my backrest was in the trunk and the underglow lights did not work. **** 0 Stars **** And it gets better…I am keeping (storing) my bike at my son’s house. He took it for a ride this week and discovered 4 of my 10 speakers don’t work now. Amazing, I am continually surprised at the extremely poor service we received at Raging Bull Harley Davidson. wow where to begin. I guess the first thing to say is how highly I recommend this entire family. we went in today on Sunday to look (drove over 3hrs because they are open on our day off work) just to look around. was in the search for a bike but wasn't sure on pulling the trigger. but as soon as we got in the door we met everyone and instantly knew we were in the right place. the entire staff was so unbelievably nice and knowledgeable and helpful even after i said I wasn't a fan on the soft tail. but a few hrs later we had a deal put together that was impossible to turn down. and left owning a brand new street glide. do not hesitate to come give this crew the chance to get you on your next adventure.
I want to give a big shout out to the whole crew at Raging Bull HD in Durham! I’m a new rider and in search for my first bike. Raging Bull HD had the perfect 2016 iron 883 that a great price. The crew there was very kind and helpful! Brian helped me with the sale and spent time to make sure the bike was a good fit (great guy)! The owner Eddie also was very helpful in the process and made me feel welcomed to the Harley community. Natasha and Hip two another great friends to meet. They both had so much knowledge and wanted to make sure I would feel safe on the bike and with the gear I chose. Last, but not least Tim, he helped me get set up with my riding academy class and was quick to respond via email! Overall great crew here. I’m looking forward to life long friendship as a new Harley rider.
Have purchased many, MANY HD bikes over the last 15 years, but this was my first purchase from RBHD. From the time I walked in the door at RBHD and met Brian Ace and Eddy to the signing of the contract with the finance dept. it was the quickest, smoothest, no-hassle, no error transaction. First time the deal papers were brought to me I said “I don’t think so”. Second time I said sharpen your pencil just a tad. After that quickest, easiest deal ever made. I asked can we transfer this from one bike to the other and vice versa. Absolutely no problem and they did everything they promised and more. Service tech had me there with him every step of the way and the parts dept. followed every instruction on the transfers. Thank you Brian and Eddy for getting me on my new to me 2023 HD Heritage.
