Just purchase a Tri Glide today from Susan. The experience was awesome. She doesn’t beat around the bush she’s straight forward. This is how a salesman should be. I had been trying to get a newer bike for a while and had been told no time after time. But then I was referred to Madhouse Harley by a brother of mine. From the moment I had first reached out to Tyler and Daniel, they kept communication consistent and didn't just forget about me like a couple other dealers I had looked into. I was able to get locked into this BEAUTIFUL 2012 Ultra and couldnt be more excited for the miles ahead. You really owe it to yourself to try a dealer that will go the extra mile for you. Also would like to extend a huge thank you to Rob for going above and beyond with getting me taken care of so I could make the 5 hr trip back home. Absolute rockstars. Well I was trying to give my second review but Google said I had already reviewed this business so I’ll update this review. Once again I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Madhouse HD. Specifically the service department and Lisa. I reached out to her about my 1,000 mile service last Friday. She immediately set the appointment for today (Wednesday). It’s now 5:41pm and I’ve got my bike back at the house. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Thanks again, especially to Lisa. Recently purchased a new bike but knew there were upgrades I wanted to make before it left the dealership. The staff during the purchase was extremely friendly and helpful. I had several one on one conversations with the service manager, Lisa. during my upgrade installations. In my opinion she’s the MVP. Never really wanted to have work done at a dealership in the past but as long as Lisa is there, I’ll give them a chance. Thanks for a smooth transition to my new ride.
