I'm 2021 I purchased a Kawasaki Z125 Pro for my son at Baker, through a bright young salesman named John Luna. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and dealt with us honorably. Furthermore, (due to circumstances that require my family to relocate several hundred miles away) I needed to sell that motorcycle (and also another, which I purchased previously from another dealership) I went back to Baker in order to see what could be done, since I was certain that the amount I still owed on the motorcycles was somewhat more than what was required to satisfy the loans. It was a stressful time, as all who have to move will understand, and I was desirous to speak again with John because I knew his character and that he would do everything he could do to help. I am glad that I did. John sincerely listened to all my concerns regarding those motorcycles and their respective loans. In consultation with the general manager he gave us a path to discharging those loans. John recognized that I am of limited means and has earnestly worked with his team on my behalf in order to make it possible. This store has some great people and a large selection of vehicles. I don't enjoy buying a vehicle because of the tactics and methods many salespeople use to extract the most they can from you while delivering the least you will accept. I'm happy to say that hasn't been my experience here. John made buying and later, selling (my motorcycles) a positive and frustration free experience. I recommend this store in general, and in particular, I highly recommend John Luna. The two bikes I sold are in the pictures below (while they were yet very dusty).

I bought a Honda Navi with them and I’m more than satisfied with my purchase. Very impressed with how this team works. No hidden fees, honest and very professionals. I was taking a look and i crossed that door still thinking about it but they made me feel more than welcome with my budget and my time, which they used pretty well because I have my motorcycle right now 🥳. What a great experience purchasing a new 2025 Indian Pursuit Dark Horse. The whole dealership treated me like family starting with Tyler. From the start to the finish and even after the purchase. I highly recommend the drive to Fayetteville to do business with Bakers American Cycles. I drove 2.5 hours from New Bern to purchase my Pursuit Dark Horse. I have a pre owned can am spyder rt limited that I bought from another place in Greensboro NC. Needed tires put on and had a fault code Jean and Jay both took it in and kept me fully informed of what was going on. Picked up the spyder and got home still had a problem. Manager Cody got on phone and just as polite as he could be told me what the technician said could be the problem just over the phone. I've dealt with alot of different dealerships but baker motorsports customer service is top notch and the technician knows his shit. Very respectful people. They welcome you in and take care of you. I would say treat you like family but we all know most families treat you like crap....lol. These people are great. Even though I didn't but my unit from them they treated me as if I did.
