We had searched high and low for a Can-Am Spyder RT Limited in the chrome edition and we had dealt with shifty shifty shifty salesman and companies all across the United States until we discovered J&J Sales and they are in here on Ohio. Scott was the representative he is amazing the company is amazing. They are super busy you will have to call a ton of times to get through and it always doesn't hurt to follow up but they are amazing everything was perfect exactly how we wanted it they were kind and spent time with us something you don't find a lot of times in the world today Thank you so much Scott and J&J sales for making this a great experience for us.
Don't purchase from here if you needs "in stock" parts in a timely manner. I ordered 2 in stock parts on December 27th and just received them today February 5th
Bought a used Waverunner from these guys a couple of years ago. Great at the time of sale. Had an issue starting it, and thought it was the starter solenoid. I took the ski in and they were backed up a couple of weeks. the service director noticed i was needing to get the ski back in the water before the end of the summer came for my kids heading back to school, so he double checked the ski and walked me thru swapping out the solenoid. Easy Peasy and we are up and running. That's customer service that will bring me back. Thanks J-J!!
Great experience here from start to finish. Ryan was very straightforward with the deal and the dealership itself doesn't overcharge all those ridiculous fees that many seem to think they can get away with still. We made a 2.5 hour drive down here from Michigan and it was definitely worth the drive. Hunter was also very helpful finishing the final paperwork for the deal. Great experience from start to finish. Purchased 2023 CanAm Renegade 650. Called Monday quad was still in the crate. They had it assembled and ready for pickup in 2 days.
