The staff was very helpful helping me pick out my bike, they provided trade in options. I feel I got a good deal on my purchase. I took a tour of the facility, met the key individuals that will help me throughout my bike ownership experience. In the end zack, helped me load the bike, and made absolutely sure I was happy with purchase and the quality of the bike before taking it home. All in all a great experience. Thanks Honda east!
I've been hearing bad reviews about this location but I received excellent customer service on my visit. I showed up close to closing time, I was greeted upon entering the store and pointed towards the parts counter. Both gentlemen at the parts counter very very informative and accommodating. I worked with Jake and he met my needs. The store is very well stocked with parts that I couldn't find at other dealerships. I ended up spending twice the amount I went in for because they had everything in stock, I even purchased a few maintenance items since I was there and was receiving excellent customer service. As far as parts, I will definitely be back However, I didn't purchase a machine so I can't rate sales my only experience with them was pleasant greetings upon entry and exit. Thank you Honda East.

Been a customer for years, bought a sportsman, crf250, klr650, ninja650, stopped being a customer last August, got rid of my ninja and bought a ducati from another dealer. Their fees have gotten higher, business practices shadier. The latest issue for me is that it’s been 9.5 weeks since Matt from finance submitted my gap refund and i still haven’t seen my check. They said it would take 4-6 weeks. I called every other week after, looking for an update and get no call back. They don’t care to provide me with any documented proof it was submitted or call me back. The ladies in the finance office are disrespectful and told me to leave after calling out their shady business practices, talking over for me and treating me like I’m scraps to them. I know lots of people who ride locally around here and we all shop at other dealers because the fees, staff, sales, and products are better. Once you sign the papers and take the bike, these people (except the parts dept), can care less about after sales support or you. Window shop here sure, look at the bikes and sit on them but go to a better dealership that treats its customer like they want them to return.
Huge scam of a dealership. I drove from Michigan to Ohio to purchase a new snowmobile that I had already put a down payment on. When I arrived, they dragged the process out with multiple “dog and pony show” tactics—offering discounts on parts for a unit that I technically hadn’t even completed the purchase on yet. When it finally came time to close the deal, they added over $2,000 in so-called “standard dealer add-ons.” If these charges are truly standard and non-negotiable, they should be included in the advertised price upfront—not sprung on a customer after hours of wasted time and travel. When I declined the deal and requested a refund for both the parts and my down payment, I was not refunded the full amounts for either. What makes this especially disappointing is that I purchased from this dealership back when I raced motocross in the early 2000s and had good experiences then. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.
