Great place, great customer service, you won’t leave without getting a great deal. It’s a smaller dealership but has a lot to offer employees make you feel welcomed, didnt hassle me as soon as i walked in like some dealerships. I left with a great deal on a CBR, they were able to get me great financing for a first time buyer. I forgot her name but shout-out to the female sales person she was very helpful. Been coming to this dealer for years because it's the closest to home. Had to leave work early to order a brake bolt for my daily commuter. Showed up at 6:05pm, open sign was on, and there were a couple dudes in the dealer. Guy behind the counter told me they closed 7 minutes earlier and couldn't help me. He also told me the restroom was out of service as I asked if I could use it before ordering parts. So great, now I have to find a place to go use the restroom and down a bike for another day. Great job ensuring your riders are taken care of. Go buy your bikes elsewhere. Never understood how a Honda Rebel 300 could have an even higher out the door price than my new CB650. I've had warranty work done on my bike here only to be refused to get the job right the first several times. Had to get in touch with Honda's corporate where they redirected me to a dealer that would assist. I'm all for supporting local business and don't expect much from these dealers other than to take of riders the same way we look out for each other on the road, but I will never recommend anyone buy from Whittier's Moto United ever again. You will never find motorcycles priced correctly here, nor will you find the support that I came to expect from legitimate Honda dealers.
