I had an amazing experience with Ducati Newport Beach! The entire team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Sadie, who went above and beyond to make the process fun and effortless — she sent me pictures and videos along the way while getting my bike ready, which made the whole experience even more exciting! Everyone I interacted with made me feel welcome and valued. You can tell they truly care about their customers and love what they do. If you’re thinking about getting a Ducati, I can’t recommend this team enough. They’re truly a 5-star group all the way!
I visited Ducati Newport Beach while searching for my first motorcycle, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I bought a bike from these guys 7 days ago. I couldn’t help but put 730 miles on it in a week. It’s a fantastic bike. I choose to come 165 miles to THIS Ducati dealer even though there are 3 dealers closer, I choose these guys because they’re the best! You feel like family every time you come in the door or step onto the property. Brandon in service is great; professional yet laid back. Sadie in the office, Dave the finance guy, Aaron who sold me the bike, Mike the owner of the establishment; they’re all great people and very genuine. You can tell these people have the passion and enjoy their trade! I dealt with 3 other dealers that sell these bikes and service them and this Ducati dealership is in a league of its own by a long ways. Thank you guys for being awesome...
Omg, an absolute pleasure to visit this Ducati dealership. Staff Was amazingly attentive and facility was incredibly clean. Inventory, both bikes and accessories, we're very well managed. Definitely worth the travel to get there, airport is very close by.
