All I can say about this dealer is they go ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers. I had an issue with a brand new machine and they were very helpful from day one. They picked up and dropped off several times. They kept in contact with me the whole way through. Never once were they rude or tried pushing me out the door or off of the phone. All of the staff were very helpful and understanding. Huge thank you to the general manager and the service department along with Polaris. In the end everything worked out and everyone was happy. Polaris also pulled through and stood by their product. Thank you Monroe Motorsports, you earned a customer for life.
They have a vast selection of motorcycles along with accessories and everything you can think of that you would need for riding. The employees there are always very helpful and very patient. A lot of the time I go in there for small things I need and to look around and the employees are always happy to show me around what they have new and whatnot. I really enjoy going in there because of how you're treated there.
So I found the motorcycle I was looking for, a BMW RT here. One big hurl... I live in Maine and this bike was priced to sell. I called the dealership and worked with Chad. We worked out the finances with my Credit Union, even as people were walking in to buy it they honored my commitment that I was buying it. I made the purchase, and explained due to my work schedule and a snow storm They allowed the bike to stay there for 3 weeks until I could pick it up. They also provided a plate so can ride it today. I recently purchased a Polaris 110 Outlaw. Anthony is a newer salesman and was very accommodating with me and my son. Other dealerships snubbed their nose. I had a Suzuki 50 when I was 3.
