I came in from Canada to have a bike I store in Palm Springs, serviced, so the operation was choreographed with an early morning appointment after a 2.5 hour ride from Palm Springs. The service I received WAS timely and excellent - as always. The whole team at Irv’s was awesome, but special thanks to Greg in service and Adam and the Techs in Service that carry out excellent, professional service every time I visit. Ive been going to get service done at Irv’s for 4 years on my BMW bikes - and they NEVER disappoint.
Went to Irv Seaver a buncha times over the years and honestly i was that guy who hung out, stared at bikes, test rode them, asked a million questions, and didn’t actually buy anything. Rob always had crazy patience with me and never made me feel annoying, even though i was definitely just tire kicking half the time. I always promised Rob i'd buy a bike from him, but never did, even after referring multiple buyers to him, who did buy a bike from him. When i FINALLY did find a bike i actually wanted to buy from them and went in, Rob wasn't even there 😂 Devin ended up helping me out and took care of everything. Super chill, helpful, and figured out all the logistics of getting the bike to me. It was also just fun chatting with Devin, hearing about the racing he’s done and all his future plans. He's very relatable and easy to talk to. Also, shout out to Brian for getting my bike to me. They really only hire the best here. He was busy but fit me into his schedule. He still got the bike quickly to me and in one piece, what more can i ask for? Huge thanks to Rob, Devin, Brian and Irv Seaver, really, you guys are awesome. I've bought bikes from literally ALL the other neighboring BMW dealers stretching to san diego and they all were amazing experiences, but none of them even hold a candle to the boys here. If you’re thinking about getting a bike, or just pretending to like i did for years, this is the spot.
Greg and Arturo did an awesome job!! They make you as the customer feel very relaxed and trusting with no stress knowing they will do the best job to service your bike!! They put on a bigger than normal riser (41 MM with German instructions) on my R12 NineT which is not a common add on and solved all issues and it came out perfectly!! They also performed my break in service. I will be using them for all future service!!
