I was trying to avoid writing this review but unfortunately I can't avoid it any longer. First thing that happened is when I walked into the establishment I had to wait over 10 minutes before anyone addressed me. Second issue the sales associate left me at the desk twice to tend to other customer needs, one customer taking up to 30 minutes. Third issue is i was supposed to be called back for a credit check, it never happened. Unfortunately I was a paying customer hoping to support my local business, but not anymore.
Are you really open? Stop by just after noon this past saturday, no sign that the place was open.
Buy my parts and maintenance products here. Never made a big purchase, but prices seem normal. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Couldn't hate this place. The staff is very kind and caring o customers needs. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!!
