Blake and his team out there at Honda PowerSports did a great job. If you are looking for a Hard working, reliable ATV, They have alot of them. I got a ATV with a plow and My Rubicon 520 went to work this morning with all the snow we got. Did not disappoint me at all. Give them a visit and check out all the options Blake can set you up with.
I had nothing but a pleasant experience here. The snowblower I bought has handled this winter like a champ. 13 inches of snow, no problem!
I recently purchased a 2025 Honda NT1100 DCT from Honda Powersports of Troy (Ohio). I initially spoke with someone on the phone who turned out to be the owner. He was very knowledgeable about the NT1100 DCT and after a brief conversation about what I expected from the bike and how it would be used, he said he'd give me a call back. In short order, he called back with the OTD price for the bike and all the accessories I wanted. Because we had a break in the weather, I asked if I could ride it out that day and his answer was "of course". In a few hours I was there getting introduced to the parts and service departments while the bike was readied. Payment done, Dave (the owner) was giving me a class on the operation of the bike and the electronics that control the DCT and ride modes as well as basic things like oil level, tire pressure etc. As I rode home in the chilly weather I laughed out loud when the bike shifted the transmission and when I shifted manually with the trigger shifters on the left bar pod. I've been riding for 59 years, have been all over North America, the Al-Can to the Dalton and Arctic Circle, ridden from the Atlantic to the Pacific in less than 45 hours, had motorcycles from nearly every brand, including Harley Davidson (yesterday's technology for tomorrow's prices) and this NT1100 DCT beats them all. I don't forsee ever buying another bike that doesn't have DCT, it's that good. I will buy from Honda Powersports of Troy again because of the honest and helpful buying process I had. I'll also use their parts and service departments. If you're looking for a Honda product, I'd start at Honda of Troy.
Placed brake pads on same side of rotor. Instead of replacing the parts that are now ground down they just flipped brake pad to other side of rotor. The brakes are now soft. I went in to get my tires replaced.
Went to bobs cycle repair for a used side by side was there for 1 hour and no one person said hi or be right with you. So we head home to Springfield. On the way home we saw honda of Troy and stop in. Luke was very helpful and was not pushy in anyway. Called on monday when they were closed and left a message. Tuesday morning they called back with all the info I asked about and before 2pm ( would have been faster but I was working) we had a deal worked out. Luke made it so easy to buy. If I had the money I would have gotten more. Will 100% go to them again. Keep up the great work.
