Jacob was awesome. Love my new bike. They worked with me on what I need both riding wise and price. I bought in the winter and they stored for me for free until I can ride it home. Only drawback is they don't let you take it very far on the test ride. I already knew I wanted the bike before I rode it, but if you're not sure that's not very helpful.

Absolutely awesome team of people to work with across the board. I must add, I have dealt with many motorcycle dealers in my past and these guys are top notch! They offer exceptional customer service, great prices without all of the bait/switch or gimmicks! I had seen a motorcycle I was interested in on Facebook, so decided to reach out. Steve happened to be the sales guy I had the pleasure to work with. Not only was he very knowledgeable but was upfront and honest without adding any customer pressure tactics whatsoever. After deciding to move forward with the purchase, both the finance manager and owner were again not only easy to work with but an absolute pleasure. They answered any questions I had and took the time to go through everything to ensure I was satisfied. I ended up not only purchasing the motorcycle but also a trunk for my motorcycle which lead me to dealing with Malcolm. Malcolm was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful with not only the motorcycle but all the questions I had regarding add ons or electronics, considering I had never owned a motorcycle quite as sophisticated before! Hands down the best parts/service department I’ve had to deal with at motorcycle shops! Overall A++++. The entire staff are great to work with without all the BS.
Terry is awesome! I just purchased an Indian Scout as a memorial for my friend who recently passed and Terry was very thoughtful and helpful through the whole process! Terry made me feel like the dealership really cares about making good faith sales and I didn't feel pressured to make choices out of my comfort zone. The service department was able to upgrade the exhaust and headlight, and add a passenger seat and side bag in just a day after I bought it! I will definitely be back and recommending all my friends here!
