Night and day service and pricing compared to the previous BMW motorcycle dealership I used to go for service needs (WEEKS wo responding to emails or calls!). This is my second bike I purchased from Horen over the years and he gave me a screaming deal on a 2024 R1250 GSA. Couldn't say no. It was quick, no hassle and treated me like a person. Genuine down to earth character, no cheesey sales pitch or fakeness, doesn't beat around the bush no BS and I like that. The whole experience at BMW Burbank was terrific. I have never set foot in this dealership as I live in Miami, FL but just talking to Brian on the phone, made buying my new bike a reality. Brian was easy to talk, he detailed all the procedures and sent pictures of the bike as it was getting it out of the crate and as it was picked up for shipping! Wow, what an amazing customer service!!! Thanks Brian for making this process so easy, even being so far away! Love my bike and will visit soon!!! Totally recommend without a doubt…
I used the website to schedule service for my bike as I have so often in the past. I did not receive a call back so I made a call to the service department. I needed an oil change and have the starter switch looked at because it works intermittently when the bike heats up. I reached someone by phone and was told that Burbank BMW motorcycles no longer works on its BMW products that are over 10 years old (let that alone sink in as a consumer of one of the most expensive motorcycles on the market). SO apparently getting service at this location is no longer if your bike is over 10 years. Ive had service at this location many times so I was perplexed as to how can you not service your product after 10 years. Anyway the only thing I could do is warn other consumers that they may want to entertain a more responsible brand. If BMW is only going to good for 10 years that's a clear indication of it being time to shift brands, IMO. Thanks BMW!
