My friend recently bought a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe with a little over 137,000 miles on it. Online, it lists the average value between $3500 and $3900. This is not how much she paid for it. If she had bought it directly from the seller, she would have paid this much. She went to America's Auto Mart in Winston-Salem and paid $5500 for a car valued at $3500 to $3900. America's Auto Mart sells cars on consignment, so they add extra to the value so they can make money, too. But come on, an extra $1,600 to $2,000 is just too much. If the car was in excellent shape, it wouldn't be that bad, but it's not in excellent shape. I've driven it. My friend also had Gene try to sell her 2013 Honda Civic. Gene told her all the things that were wrong with the car (which reminds me of a guy's post where he was able to sell his car on his own for a little over $14,000 after Gene told him all the things that were wrong with his car). Yes, Gene does seem to be a nice guy, but I'm sure anybody would be a nice guy if he could squeeze a whopping $2,000 out of a customer.

I had a great experience selling my car with America’s Auto Mart. They can help you put a car up for consignment sale, making the entire process efficient and painless, all while maximizing what you get as a seller. They will handle all of the work behind the scenes for a fee - advertising, test drives with potential buyers, title work, and any financing for the buyer. They are a great option for selling a car if you’re moving out of state; I was able to drop my car off just before moving & the whole process happens without my needing to be there in person. I got far more than I would have by trading in the vehicle (especially with a salvage title car, as places are apt to lowball you). Would absolutely recommend America's Auto Mart for selling (or buying) your vehicle!

Dane and Gene have now helped me sell two different vehicles. The whole process is pain free. They take care of all the behind the scene details. They take pictures and advertise, set up the test drives, do all the title work, and take care of any financing for the buyer. All you have to do is drop off your vehicle, pay a small fee, and they take care of the rest. I got far more than I would have by trading in, and didn't have to go through the head aches of selling privately. Definitely keep America's Auto Mart in mind for buying or selling your next vehicle!

Highly recommend!! We purchased a used car that was in like new condition- with an amazing car fax - for a very fair price! The owner, Dane, was wonderful to work with! He was helpful, quick to respond, honest, and never pushy. He spent time making us feel like family, before and after the sell. They have a great selection of vehicles, and make the process very easy. We will be back!

My daughter and I were looking at a car here one Saturday afternoon. Dane is very nice and extremely helpful... even bought us dinner! Unfortunately when I went back after work the following Monday to get the car, it had been sold that morning. Because Dane is so nice, I still want to give him a good review!! I still appreciate the help with a smile! And honesty too!
