This is the best dealership—I'd give it even more stars if I could. What stands out the most is that everyone who works here is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. When it comes to test rides and purchases, Nick took care of everything smoothly. He’s polite, reliable, friendly, and just a wonderful person! Kilo, who handles parts, is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions, and is extremely kind. Sean, in service, is also very knowledgeable and helps you understand the correct way to ride your motorcycle by examining any issues. Liz, the manager, is incredibly friendly and always greets you warmly. Of course, the motorcycles themselves are fantastic, but you can buy the same motorcycle from any dealership. It’s the staff here that makes the difference, and that’s why, if you’re buying the same motorcycle, I highly recommend Triumph Columbia River. No matter what stage you visit—purchasing a motorcycle, buying parts, or getting service—you’ll receive top-notch service!!!
I cannot recommend this Triumph dealership enough. We went in to find a bike (getting back into things after a LONG hiatus) that I could enjoy, feel safe/in-control riding, had some spunk, and was comfortable enough that I could use for longer tours with my husband. Also knowing that I will eventually "upgrade" for more CCs, and wanted something that would be easily re-sellable when that time comes. Ultimately, after visiting multiple different brands and dealerships, we ended up at Triumph Columbia River and quickly realized this is where we should have started. Matt took time, explained, and then gave my husband and I room to discuss. Informative and helpful without being pushy. They also love their bikes and the enthusiasm is evident (where it was not with quite a few of the dealerships we visited). From sales to management to service--it was all amazing. We have now fully outfitted the bike with all the accoutrements and cannot wait for the weather to improve a bit.
Great selection of not only Triumph motorcycles but usually a nice assortment of used bikes of various brands. All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Been riding my Scrambler 1200 XC for awhile now and couldn't be happier with it! If your in the market for a new or used bike, highly recommend checking this shop out! EDIT: Just traded in the Scrambler for a new 2025 Street Triple 765 RS and couldn't be happier with the whole experience, start to finish. I'm definitely a life long customer! 2nd EDIT: 4 weeks after I got me Street Triple I was side swiped on the freeway & totaled my BRAND NEW bike! Luckily I walked away, but the bike was gone. So what did I do?? Took the insurance payoff and bought ANOTHER Street Triple from TCR because they are just that awesome!!!
Walked in not expecting to buy a motorcycle, ended up leaving with one the next day. There was 0 pressure from any of the staff to buy a motorcycle and they even told me I can sit on them before I had a chance to ask. Matt specifically was a joy to talk to and was very knowledge on motorcycles in general, not just Triumphs. I made it clear I was on a very tight timeframe the next morning and they had me in and out in about an hour and a half. Very small dealership but nicely put together and enjoyable staff to interact with.
Big shout out to Liz, who made buying a motorcycle seamless, painless and overall an enjoyable experience. Triumph had loads of choices to choose from and not just in motorcycles. Their inventory in clothing, protective gear, accessories are all top notch. Can’t wait till my next visit!
