Tony King - The most amazing sales associate we've ever worked with! He was patient, honest, and it seemed like he truly cared about helping us find the right car—not just making a sale. We found him to be knowledgeable ,nto be humble and transparent enough to find the answers if he wasn't sure, as well as very responsive, and respectful of our time from start to finish. My fiance and I went together, and I was personally SO stressed about finding the right fit in a car, but Tony was really upfront about everything and we felt like he was a genuine guy. I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and while the vehicle itself is fine, the customer service was disappointing. The salesperson came across as unprofessional and did not seem appreciative of my business at any point during the process. He was unknowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. When the car was delivered, it was dirty and not prepared in a way I would expect after making such a significant purchase. No one took the time to properly thank me for the sale or ensure I felt valued as a customer. Buying a car should feel like a positive experience, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here at all. They could not even tell us the work that their OWN shop had done on the car that we were purchasing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. It was disappointing that the sales manager did not seem to care when I talked to him that the salesperson was not representing his dealership well. I hope they works on improving customer service and attention to detail for future buyers. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.
